There are lots of work from home scams out there.  Wealthy Affiliate is not one of them.  It shows you legitimate ways to make money online, with or without a website, whether or not you already have a product to promote.

Don't worry; you don't have to worry about recruiting your friends or family.  There are no hotel conventions to go to.

Your Dashboard

This section contains a general overview of your Wealthy Affiliate account.  If you look closely, there are some different things to do from your Wealthy Affiliate Dashboard.  

Most of the options you see are available to free members, including live chat, training, certification courses, and even building a website.  Again, all free!  Let's take a more detailed look at a few of these sections.

Training

This section contains an endless amount of training modules you can access for free as a Wealthy Affiliate member.  Internet marketing is very complex, so the more resources you have at your disposal, the better.  

The course material at Wealthy Affiliate is written by both Carson and Kyle, as well as other Wealthy Affiliate members who share their knowledge to help other Wealthy Affiliate members out.  There are beginner courses and more advanced courses available to you as you progress as you move through your internet marketing journey.

Here is an example of a training course you will find in this section of your free Wealthy Affiliate account: A Blueprint to Your First $50.

Everyone who has ever made money online starts someplace, and this is where you can learn how to earn your $50 (or more) online.  

I still can remember when I got my first sale, and you will see that its a pretty cool thing.  As you can see, this course was written by Kyle, one of the founders of Wealthy Affiliate.  

There are many, many other courses in the training section written by other WA members that you will undoubtedly help you get your internet marketing career off to a running start!  

Certification

This section contains the Wealthy Affiliate Online Entrepreneur Certification Program.  There are three different levels.  

You can access the Free Level 1 Course, which is a 10 part course that covers a wide variety of topics.

At this point, you might be thinking, "what am I getting myself into?" with all of the coursework you have to go through.  

If you had any doubts, I hope this proves to you that Wealthy Affiliate is the real deal, and other programs out there that promise instant profits are scams.  

Yes, it really does take time and effort to earn money online, and Wealthy Affiliate is a great place to get the knowledge you will need to be successful online.    

Keep in mind that what you see from the preview that is only a brief snapshot of the information you will come across.

Building A Website

Even though making money online is not as quick or easy as some people would like you to believe, one of the things that you can do "quick and easy" is building a website with the Wordpress Express Website Builder that comes with a Wealthy Affiliate Premium Membership.  

My goal right now is not to push you into getting a Premium WA membership, but you can still test this tool out with your free WA account just to see how it works.

I haven't timed exactly how fast this tool is to use, but I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said you could put up a website in about a minute with this tool!  

Now, you will still need to add content to it, of course, to get good search engine rankings, and also use good copywriting skills so that your traffic will convert into sales.  

The main point I want to make is that I struggled mightily back in the early days of trying to make a professional looking website (my first one looked like a plain Word document, LOL), but this tool will make your life much easier when you create YOUR first website!

You will either fail or succeed at internet marketing.  Wealthy Affiliate will give you the tools you need to succeed.  People who sign up for WA do quit their day jobs.  But let's look at the worst-case scenario, and you don't end up succeeding as an affiliate marketer.  

Well, let me tell you something.  Some Wealthy Affiliate members can move into other things based on the training they received at WA.  

Some become web designers. Some become SEO (search engine optimization) consultants and charge big bucks for brick and mortar businesses wanting to increase their search engine rankings.  Some create their own ebooks and make thousands running successful internet publishing businesses.  

Some are hired on by private firms and make great annual salaries as internet marketing specialists.  In my own experience, not only have I earned over $25,000 (profit) online from my affiliate marketing business, but I've also been able to apply the skills I've learned through WA to my day job.  The opportunities are endless.  

The big thing is that you won't succeed if you don't try. So take that first step, learn the ropes, put in some hard work, apply what you have learned, and see how happy you are when you earn that first internet marketing commission!   Just in case you didn't notice, there is one last important point I want to bring up:
